We use AI heavily. We're not going to pretend otherwise, and we don't want to.
KODA installs AI workforces into other people's businesses. So the first thing you should know is how we run our own. We use the same AI employees on ourselves that we sell to clients. Not a demo version. The real thing, running our newsletter, our content, our systems, every week.
Here's the part that actually matters: everything client-facing has a human tap on it.
Our AI employees draft, monitor, research, and propose. They don't publish, they don't send, and they don't touch a live system on their own. Every one of them earns trust in stages, watching first, then investigating, then proposing a fix, and the last step, acting on something real, always waits for a person to say yes. One tap. Evidence attached. No tap, nothing happens.
That's true for the words you're reading right now. AI helped draft this page. A human read it, checked it, and approved it before it went live.
The one exception is live assistants. When you chat with or call one of our AI agents (or a client's), it answers you in real time, so there's no human reading each reply as it happens. Instead, the human review happens up front and after: a person approved everything that agent knows, what it's allowed to say and do, and when it must hand you to a human, before it ever went live. And it will always tell you it's an AI if you ask, because it is one.
Why we're telling you this
Because you're going to find out one way or another, and we'd rather you hear it from us, straight, than notice a platform label or a giveaway phrase and wonder what else we didn't mention. We think the honest answer is also the more impressive one. Building a system where AI does the heavy lifting and a human still checks every output that reaches you isn't a workaround. It's the actual engineering problem we solve for our clients too.
