At KODA Co., we stand behind the quality of our products, services, and methodology. We believe in delivering real results — and we back that up with clear, fair refund terms.
When you purchase a KODA Co. digital product, course, or challenge, you receive a 14-Day Guarantee.
If you purchase a digital product, complete the full implementation, do the required work, and still don't see results within fourteen (14) days — we will provide a full refund.

All digital product purchases are final. You may not exchange one product for another under any circumstances. If you wish to switch products, you must comply with the refund conditions above and purchase the new product separately.
For ongoing service agreements — including marketing retainers, automation buildouts, voice AI implementations, and consulting engagements — refund and cancellation terms are outlined in your individual service agreement or statement of work (SOW) provided at the time of purchase.

If you are on a payment plan, you may not cancel remaining installment payments outside of the applicable guarantee period. Upon purchase, you are responsible for the full balance of sale and must pay all further installments as agreed and on time.
Should you fail to make any payment when due, we reserve all rights to pursue collection, including but not limited to engaging a collection agency or attorney. This may adversely affect your credit rating. You are responsible for all reasonable fees (including legal and collection agency fees) incurred in collecting the outstanding balance.
Failure to make payments on time disqualifies you from any applicable guarantee.
All payments are final. No refunds are given for any reason unless you have a written refund guarantee based on your specific purchase and qualify based on the criteria described on this page.
All payments made to KODA Co. are final and are not refundable except as expressly described in this policy. Deposits are considered non-refundable, and you agree not to request a refund or chargeback on any deposit.
You agree not to request, advise, file a claim, or seek a bank or credit card company chargeback for consideration paid under any agreement with KODA Co. You agree to waive any rights you may have under applicable state and federal truth-in-lending laws or otherwise (including under credit card issuer's procedures for resolving disputes).
Any disputes regarding payments must be addressed directly between you and KODA Co. If a chargeback occurs, you shall have materially breached the agreement and shall forfeit all remaining services that have not yet been performed. KODA Co. shall have no further obligation to you.
KODA Co. shall be entitled to recover all damages and reasonable attorneys' fees and costs associated with pursuing collection and/or recovery of any chargebacked amount.
